Top of the World

Em had the opportunity to participate in Music Theater Workshop for the second year in a row.  She had a ball.  Singing, dancing, memorizing lines and friends. They practiced everyday for two weeks and did an amazing job.  This is definitely an experience that she will always remember.  

Happy Sunday

We had a very nice, relaxing Sunday with family.  We went to mass with Grandma and Nana and Papa at St. Tim's.  I am so thankful we are a part of St. Tim's parish.  I feel so uplifted and fulfilled after attending mass.  I love that they have a music group that ROCKS and priests that lead and inspire.  I peeked over after to communion to find Caitlyn like this.  I had to snap a phone picture.  Love this girl.  

After mass we all met up with Bonnie and Paul and Jaz for a yummy breakfast, came home to swim and play in the pool, took naps and had ice cream sundaes before Grandma had to leave for the airport.  We have not had a Sunday like this in a loong time, it was needed and enjoyed.  

Em's first swim meet

Emma had a blast participating in her first swim meet.  She swam freestyle and won 3rd in her heat ! She is in lane 4 with a purple swim cap.  "Team Emma" made up of Mom, Dad, C, Nana, Papa and Grandma was proud.   She also swam a relay and her team won 2nd place.  It was hot, but fun !
