finished

The girls' rooms are officially complete.  A few more pillows, a few pictures hung, a butterfly creation painted, a refinished vanity and two dainty garland strands hung with love.

Little Birdie garland

I absolutely love how the girls' rooms turned out.  Yes, I guess I am a bit biased.  It has been fun to take the old and add a few new things.  Enjoy your rooms sweet girls, I love you both.

busy girls

Miss C started gymnastics at USA gym, she LOVES it.  I can hardly catch her as she bounces, twirls, swings, flips and jumps all over the gym.  She also started her first year of Let's Play Music and is in her second year of Catechesis of the Good Shepherd.  We are in the last two weeks of swimming at Lifetime and then we will start back up in the spring.

Miss Em just became a Brownie.  YAY ! She is in her third year of Let's Play Music and also participates in CGS. She will make her first reconciliation this year.  She is doing very well at her new school, she has transitioned with ease.  I am so thankful for that and so proud of her.  Swimming is also winding down for her and she will start back next Spring.

I just try to keep up with them !!

a lovely Sunday

We enjoyed a relaxing Sunday as a family today.  We have been pretty busy since school started and I have had to spend time the last few weekends working a bit, so it was really nice to have a good ol fashion Sunday around here.  Bryan woke up first, went on a run and then came back for the girls.  They all rode bikes to Bashas and came back with Starbucks and donuts, while I slept in. ahhh and mmm

Bryan, Emma and Caitlyn planted away and got half of our new garden started.  They went for a swim afterward, it was a bit chilly from what I hear.
I got the butterfly and birdie garland finished in Em and Caitlyn's room.  We completed a few more chores and ended with mass at St. Tim's and dinner at Pei Wei.  It was a great day.

PS- our old house finally closed- we are happy the new couple can finally enjoy it
